New chairman of the Board of Directors



In a board meeting in Nio Security, Inc. on May 18, 2009, the board appointed Espen Brodin as new Chairman of the board of directors. Nio`s board of directors now consists of two members, Espen Brodin (chairman) and Bjarne Støtvig. Mr. Brodin has served as a board member since June 2007.
Espen Brodin has a long international career from the banking and IT industry. He was Senior Vice President of one the largest bank in Norway, and co-founder and President and CEO of Fast Search & Transfer (FAST). Their Internet search is the core of Yahoo and Microsoft made a bid for the company in January 2008. Espen Brodin was previously Director in the Board of Nio and he is serving as Board Member in numerous boards in Norway and abroad. Mr Brodin holds a Ph.D. in Philosophy

Mr Brodin has no shares or options in Nio Security, Inc.
